MASP is a not-for-profit organisation located in Mildura, Victoria.
The Human Resources Officer is responsible for delivering responsive, effective and compliant generalist human resources services to internal and external stakeholders.
The HR Officer manages recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding, policy review and implementation, and provides timely and accurate advice to staff and supervisors. The position is also responsible for HRIS management and plays a key role in project development and implementation.
Expected commencing salary of $91,621.22 per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non‑profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.

This role can involve emotionally demanding situations and exposure to psychological hazards, including staff and client distress, trauma disclosures, and urgent responses. MASP prioritises staff wellbeing by providing supervision, debriefing, reflective practice, safety measures, and access to wellbeing resources.
