This roster is 8/6 (days) – 7/7 (nights) and a 12‐hour shift.

About the role
The Underground Dump Truck Operator plays a critical role in supporting underground production by safely and efficiently operating dump trucks to transport ore and waste. You will work closely with the production team to achieve haulage targets while maintaining a strong safety culture. The role may also involve assisting with other underground tasks as operationally required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Safely operating underground dump trucks to transport ore and waste
* Complying with all site safety standards, procedures, and legislative requirements
* Maintaining effective communication with supervisors and team members
* Assisting with other underground tasks as required
* Promoting a positive, safety‐first culture and contributing to continuous improvement
About you
You are a safety‐focused operator who takes pride in delivering consistent, high‐quality work. You hold a manual driver's licence (mandatory) and ideally bring previous operating experience, although entry‐level candidates with a strong work ethic will be considered. You are reliable, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Above all, you demonstrate a commitment to safety and contributing to a positive site culture.
