We are looking for motivated Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join the PLG team at The Epsom in Mordialloc. You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

What will my duties include?
* Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders, and providing recommendations on food and beverages.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas.
* Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
* Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
The role you are applying for may be quite fast-paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs.
What We Are Looking For
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
* Food Handlers Certificate.
* Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
* Excellent Customer service skills.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
