**About the Role**
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented **Videographer & Editor** to join our team and bring our stories to life through engaging video content. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
Whether it's capturing dynamic footage on location or producing polished edits in post-production, you'll be an integral part of a team that values innovation, storytelling, and visual excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, film, and edit video content for digital marketing, social media, product launches, interviews, internal communications, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to develop concepts and scripts.
- Operate a variety of video equipment including cameras, lighting, audio gear, and drones (if licensed).
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
- Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Manage video assets, file storage, and backups.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, sound, and motion.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
- Flexibility to travel within Australia for on-location shoots (if applicable).
- [Optional] A drone license and experience with drone footage is a plus.
- [Optional] Experience with motion graphics or animation is highly desirable.
