KEIP is a respected 100% owned and operated Aboriginal commercial plumbing, gas, and filtration company based in Collie, Western Australia.
We service the South West, Peel, Outstanding Southern, and Wheatbelt regions, delivering high-quality solutions across government, mining, and agriculture sectors. With a dedicated team of 6 plumbers, 1 apprentice, and 2 admin staff, we’ve built a strong reputation for safety, reliability, and excellence. Our business currently turns over $2M+ annually, and we’re now seeking an experienced operations leader to help us scale to $10M and beyond.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Operations Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive operational efficiency, strengthen systems, and lead a growing team as we expand our reach across regional WA’s key industries.
You’ll work closely with our Director to refine business processes, improve performance, and position KEIP for long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our field and office teams to ensure smooth operations
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and project delivery
- Implement and optimise systems such as Simpro, Xero, Excel, and SafetyCulture
- Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects
- Support growth in the government, mining, and agricultural sectors
- Collaborate with management to execute our strategic business plan
About You
You’re an organised and forward‑thinking leader with proven experience in operations or general management within a trade, construction, or service‑based business.
You thrive on building structure, empowering people, and delivering measurable results.
You’ll have:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
- Experience implementing systems and driving efficiency
- Familiarity with Simpro, Xero, Excel, and SafetyCulture
What’s in It for You

- $120,000 – $150,000 + Super, based on experience
