Project Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our construction team.
* Manage procurement activities, sourcing materials and tracking supplies
* Prepare and submit work health and safety documentation
* Support creation and management of project handover documentation
* Assist with preparing quotes and project proposals
* Submit installation certification and compliance paperwork
* Perform heavy administrative duties, including staff training documentation and record-keeping
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
