Crane Operator (Riggers Ticket REQUIRED)
PPS Servicing has proven experience and capabilities in mining industry with maintenance, construction, engineering design, fabrication and installation of industrial facilities.
We are currently seeking a Crane Operator/Rigger to join our growing team.
About the Role:
Position: 2:1 Roster
Location: Sino Iron Ore, Cape Preston (FIFO from Perth)
Employment Type: Full-time
To be eligible for the role you must possess the following:
Good knowledge and experience in working in a complex environment
High level of commitment to safety and safe work practices
Able to work as part of an extended team and unsupervised
Previous experience in operating franna's/crawlers
Minimum 1-2 years' work experience as a Crane Operator/Rigger (experience in mining/resources sector highly desirable)
Maintenance experience on fixed plant equipment/heavy machinery
Ability to work in extreme heat (50 degrees)
Able to work as part of an extended team
Able to work unsupervised
Structural steel, pipe work and mechanical experience highly desirable
Qualifications / Certificates
Riggers Ticket
Valid Elevated Work Platform (over 11m desirable)
Valid Working Safely at Heights / Confined Spaces Ticket
White Card
Current WA HR-A Drivers Licence
Applicants holding additional High Risk Work Licence classifications will be highly regarded
Applicants will be required to:
Undertake and pass Pre-Employment Medical before commencement
Be clean shaven & work wearing a P2 Respiratory Mask
