We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Tewantin area to support a 36year-oldfemale participant with complex care needs to live independently within her shared living home.

Duties include but not limited to
* Medication administration
* Assistance with allied healthcare plans
* Use of mobility equipment
* Domestic assistance
* Special meal preparation and Community participation
* Behaviour management
* Assistance with Allied Health Plan
* Documentation and reporting
* Assistance with managing finances
You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need
* Current references
* Current driver's license and your own car
* NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
* First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)
* Working with Children's check - Paid (Or willing to obtain)
* Passionate about caring and committed to client wellbeing
Days/Hours
There are a variety of AM & Overnight awake shift available, please add your availability in the application form.
