Network Support Specialist Role
The role is responsible for maintaining the school's ICT systems and network, ensuring reliability and sustainability to enhance the learning environment.
* Provide technical support and advice on hardware and software issues.
* Collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system.
* Assist users with software applications and system access.
* Install, troubleshoot, and maintain information systems and ICT equipment in accordance with school policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school setting, a thorough understanding of standard operating systems and associated software, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. They should also have a desire to work with diverse groups of people and professionals.
This position involves working between four partner primary schools and Hedland Senior High School. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to new environments and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
