About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, creating moments of delight and contributing to positive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure your safety and the safety of teammates and customers at all times.
* Use strong customer service skills to deliver a seamless experience.
* Maintain showroom standards and merchandising displays to drive sales.
* Process stock effectively, including receiving, dispatching and storing.
* Be enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative, contributing to a positive team culture.
* Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and climbing.
Requirements
* A valid driver's license is required.
* A passion for cars and automotive is essential.
* Flexible availability over 7 days with penalty rates applying on weekends.
* Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
