The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team. In this role, you'll be supporting our crews carrying out rail construction and maintenance activities across the Pilbara, ensuring our fleet of plant and machinery is operating at peak performance.
You'll work with a passionate, knowledgeable team and have access to our extensive, owned fleet of top‑of‑the‑line rail and mobile plant equipment, used on some of the most complex and strategic rail infrastructure projects in Australia.

Required Skills and Experience
* Relevant Trade Certificate (Cert III or above) – Heavy Diesel Fitter or dual trade Heavy Diesel/Auto Electrician
* Proven experience maintaining rail and mobile plant equipment
* Experience with Liebherr, CAT, Volvo, and Hitachi earthmoving equipment
* Understanding of hi‑rail systems
* Strong communication skills and a safety‑first mindset
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
