Marketing Manager – Structural Heart & Coronary

Opportunity to lead the ANZ marketing strategy for innovative Structural Heart and Coronary technologies in a fast‐growing cardiovascular company entering a mature market.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by building market presence and driving adoption of new cardiovascular technologies in partnership with leading clinicians across Australia and New Zealand.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives across our Structural Heart and Coronary portfolios in ANZ – the Meril Cardiovascular vertical.
This role will focus on market development, physician engagement, and supporting the launch and adoption of innovative cardiovascular technologies. You will work closely with sales leadership, therapy development managers, clinical specialists, and global marketing teams to drive adoption in a highly competitive cardiovascular market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the ANZ marketing strategy across Structural Heart and Coronary portfolios
* Support product launches and market development initiatives
* Build strong engagement with interventional cardiologists, cath lab teams, and non‐clinical stakeholders
* Support KOL partnerships, physician education programs, and congress activities
* Partner with the field teams to deliver high‐impact customer engagement initiatives
* Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity to inform strategy
* 5+ years marketing experience within medical devices, life sciences, or healthcare
* Experience supporting physician-facing technologies or procedural‐based therapies
* Experience working with sales and clinical teams in hospital environments
Preferred Experience
* Experience in cardiovascular, structural heart, or interventional cardiology
* Exposure to complex interventional or procedural technologies
* Experience supporting product launches or market development programs
Location
* Sydney preferred to support close collaboration with the ANZ team
* Travel across Australia and New Zealand required
