You'll be responsible for:
* Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets
* Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships
* Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards
* Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth
* Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement
Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for:
* Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience
* Leadership experience preferred but not essential
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology with appropriate professional registration
* Practical knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and case management
* Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers
* Energetic, positive and motivated approach
