About the Role :
Are you a Retail Facilities Manager with a strong background in managing retail assets?
Our client is a well-regarded name in the retail sector, seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a busy retail portfolio across Western Sydney. This is an immediate start contract with the view to transition into a permanent position for the right person.
Responsibilities :
o Manage day-to-day facilities operations across a retail portfolio
o Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants
o Coordinate with contractors and service providers for all hard and soft services
o Ensure compliance with WHS, fire safety, and building codes
o Support budgeting and CAPEX / OPEX reporting for the sites
Requirements :
o Proven experience managing facilities in a retail environment
o Strong knowledge of building services including HVAC, fire, electrical, and plumbing
o Excellent stakeholder engagement and contractor management skills
