We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Client Services Manager/Business Development Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our recruitment, advisory, time and materials service and augmentation offerings, ensuring the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning
o Build and execute a comprehensive strategy for IT consulting and time & materials services in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Visionary Leadership
o Visionary leadership to the consulting and services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and client-centricity.
* Business Development
o Build out business case and strategy of the business, including driving the Brand, commercial offerings and developing partnerships with the parent company client.
Relationship Management
* Clients Relationship Building
o Work with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, offering tailored IT consulting solutions and time & materials services.
* Solution Selling
o Solution and consultative sales cycle management from Lead Gen to Services completed.
* Internal Partnership
o Partner with internal consultants to drive best in class solutions.
Business Development
* Talent Development
o Mentor and develop a high-performing team of IT consultants and service professionals.
* New Business Pursuit
o Drive new business development and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consulting and time & materials services space.
* Proposal Development
o Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Qualifications
* Leadership Experience
o Experience in a leadership role within IT Consulting/Services focusing on Time and Materials.
* Tech Savvy
o Understanding of technology trends, project management methodologies, and client relationship management.
* Communication Skills
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strategic Thinking
o Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.
