Play a pivotal role in expanding Knight Frank's Australian franchise footprint by supporting new offices from day one and helping established franchisees elevate their operations.

The role
The Associate Director – Franchise Operations plays a key role in growing and supporting the Knight Frank Franchise Network. The role works closely with the Head of Franchises to onboard new franchise offices, enhance operational efficiency, maintain consistent standards, and ensure franchisees are equipped with the tools, guidance, and support needed to build successful businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the onboarding process for all new franchise offices, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to franchisees, responding to queries and facilitating problem resolution.
Develop, update, and maintain policies, procedures, and franchise documentation, including supporting compliance with the Franchise Code.
Coordinate and oversee communications across the franchise network, ensuring timely, relevant, and clear information flow.
Support the delivery and integration of products, services, and initiatives into the franchise network.
Work with the Head of Franchises on strategic planning, performance management, and ongoing development of the national franchise network.
