Role
We are looking for an Associate Analyst to join our Real Assets team. The primary purpose of this role is to perform investment and investment manager research in the "real assets" sector which includes both infrastructure and real estate.
* Actively participate in Frontier Advisors investment research program, broaden team and individual investment knowledge, expand Frontier's intellectual capital
* Contribute to Real Assets' research papers and be an active participant in the manager research process, including the manager review and rating process, the preparation of due diligence documents such as annual reviews and manager assessments
* Collect, analyze and disseminate relevant investment research to ensure knowledge levels are at an appropriate standard
* Undertake client work and build client relationships as directed by the Head or senior members of Real Assets
The Following Capabilities Are Requirements Of The Position
* The appropriate candidate must have some experience working in infrastructure finance, infrastructure investments or research. This experience could come from working at an asset owner, bank, investor or corporate / finance advisory firm
* Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build models and undertake independent analysis in SQL, VBA, Python is very helpful
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required for this role as you will spend a lot of time communicating with internal and external stakeholders
