In this critical role, you will provide high-level support to our senior leadership team, ensuring their schedules and tasks are managed effectively. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, supporting organizational projects, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
* Coordinate executive and personal administrative tasks, including household bills, licenses, and private matters
* Support legal documentation, divisional reporting, and project coordination
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
* Screen and manage calls, emails, correspondence, and confidential information
* Organize meetings, prepare agendas, book venues, arrange catering, take minutes, and follow up on actions
* Assist with organizational development initiatives using a project management approach
