About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Development professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs that enhance employee performance.
This is a full-time, five-days-per-week, in-office role based in our Support Office, where you will play a pivotal part in driving the learning culture across our business.
You will focus on revitalising existing eLearning modules and designing new, dynamic digital content.
In addition, you will be integral to establishing onboarding and development programmes through our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring our retail teams across all three jewellery brands are empowered, engaged, and set up for success from day one.
Gather and analyse feedback to continuously improve training content and adjust delivery methods.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to collaborate with Department Heads and Regional, Area and Cluster Managers on training initiatives.
* A degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Learning & Development experience within a sales environment is a must, to help you hit the ground running.
* Proven success in designing and delivering online training programmes, ideally within fast-paced retail.
* Confidence using Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course management, tracking and reporting.
