Key Responsibilities:
For Back of House (Cook):
* Lead and train kitchen staff on instore procedures and food standards
* Display strong communication and team leadership at all levels
* Stay calm and collected during peak periods
* Manage stock levels, ordering, rotation, and weekly stocktakes
* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulations
* Follow proven recipes and guidelines with precision
* Maintain sustainable food costs through smart ordering
* Champion a clean, professional, and open kitchen presentation
* Be a hands-on leader, leading by example
* Contribute to our monthly menu specials and product innovation
* Build relationships with local suppliers
* Work with top tech like Bumpit and Lightspeed for efficient service
