Job Description
This role offers a great team environment and potential for skills and career development.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate and complete local deliveries and pickups to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring correct handling and storage of fresh produce
* Complete all required delivery and transport documentation accurately
* Operate forklifts safely and in accordance with site procedures and regulations
* Conduct daily pre-operational checks of vehicles and equipment
* Work collaboratively within the warehouse and operations team to meet deadlines
* Perform additional duties as required to support operations
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
* A good understanding of receivals and dispatch processes.
* Fresh produce or perishable experience beneficial but not essential.
* Experience with delivery coordination, loading/unloading, and transport documentation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Works well in a team environment.
* Available for early morning start from 6am
