About the Role
The role is focused on managing and growing a portfolio of Electrical, Mechanical, and Operational Technology partners across the Victoria and Queensland state territories. This involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships with named managed partners, understanding their business models, goals, and challenges to align Schneider's value effectively.
* Business Planning & Growth: Co-develop joint business plans with partners to drive mutual growth, identify new revenue opportunities, and support partners in developing go-to-market strategies and solution positioning.
* Enablement & Capability Building: Deliver training and enablement to partner sales and technical teams, promote the use of Schneider's partner programs, tools, and incentives, and assist in productising new service offerings for managed service providers and integrators.
* Sales Support & Execution: Support quoting, bidding, and deal structuring processes, collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of partner-led opportunities, and monitor partner performance and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
* Channel Development & Expansion: Identify and onboard new partners to expand Schneider's channel footprint, evaluate potential partnerships, and represent Schneider Electric at partner and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have a background in electrical trades (or similar), experience in channel sales, partner management, or technical business development, and strong commercial acumen to connect technical solutions with business outcomes. A collaborative approach, proactive mindset, and ability to build credibility with various stakeholders are also essential.
Work Environment
This role offers a dynamic working environment, blending onsite, in-office, and remote work. Travel will be required to engage with customers, partners, and attend key events.
