Overview
Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a well-established property services firm seeking a capable Finance Officer to support the day-to-day finance function. This is a part-time opportunity (2 or 3 days per week) offering flexibility with 2 days working from home, making it ideal for someone looking to balance professional work with other commitments while still playing a key role in a growing business.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of core finance processes, maintain accurate records in Xero, and help ensure the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

What you'll do:
* Managed accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
* Perform bank reconciliations and accurate financial records in Xero
* Process invoices, payments and expense claims
* Assist with payroll
* Month end close and financial reporting
* Manage relationships with external bookkeeper and accountant
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a finance officer, bookkeeper or Accounts role
* Strong knowledge of Xero
* Solid understanding of AP, AR and reconciliations
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
