About the roleSAE Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Administration Manager to lead our customer service and administrative functions. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing a team responsible for customer interactions, scheduling, and associated administrative processes.Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the full‑cycle management of the Customer Service and Administration team and act as a key link between customers, sales, operations, and senior management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead customer service, scheduling, and front‑of‑house operationsManage customer enquiries, escalations, and service deliveryProvide full‑cycle people management including recruitment, onboarding, KPIs, probation, and performance managementOversee administration functions including scheduling, documentation, and record keepingEnsure systems, processes, and service standards are followed consistentlyWork closely with sales and operations teams and provide reporting to the General Manager
About YouProven experience in customer service, administration, or office managementStrong people‑leadership and communication skillsExperience leading customer‑facing or scheduling teamsConfident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as SalesforceHighly organised, solutions‑focused, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environmentExperience with Fishbowl or similar scheduling or operational systems is advantageous
