* Engage with potential customers at our display homes and assess their needs based on budget, design preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
* Support customers through the sales cycle from initial consultation to presenting tenders and managing variations.
* Manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and maintain ongoing relationships by providing value-added services.
* Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and completed within specified timeframes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and correct documentation.
* Establish trust with clients by being responsive to their needs and expectations.
