Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of family lawyers, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring a high standard of client service.
* Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, child custody and support, and domestic violence.
* Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
* Negotiate and mediate complex family law issues.
* Appear in court and represent clients effectively.
* Stay up-to-date on relevant family law legislation and case law.
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
Qualifications
* Admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and in good standing.
* Demonstrated track record of success in complex family law matters.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and motivate junior lawyers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a robust understanding of the sensitivities surrounding family law issues.
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines efficiently.
