Administration / Customer Service Person required
Our client is a global leader in cold storage supply chain, supplying chilled and frozen products across Australia.
Due to recent growth, they are now seeking an experienced administration/customer service person to join their team inDandenong South.
Days / hours required
Sunday to Thursday (Sunday working from home with laptop provided)
7.30am to 3.30pm
About the role
This role is customer support for stores our client delivers to and duties will include:
Updating reports in Excel (intermediate knowledge required)
Updating stores on order deliveries and reporting any issues
Updating system with all correspondence
Requirements
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Supply chain knowledge
Experience on Microsoft
Reliable and punctual
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
