Job Description

The primary role of the Administration Officer will be to provide high-level administrative support in a dynamic agricultural setting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including complex spreadsheets and document formatting.
* Calendar management, meeting organization, and minute-taking.
* Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and templates.
* Supplier and contractor coordination, as well as exceptional customer service.
* Assisting staff with IT basics, such as mobile app installation and account/password resets.
* Light payroll processing and leave administration.
* Accounts reconciliation and bookkeeping assistance.
* Workplace Health & Safety administration and food safety program management.


About You

We seek an proactive administrator who enjoys problem-solving and implementing new ways of working.

* Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.
* Previous administration experience in an office environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Comfortable with basic IT support.
