Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and provide excellent service, creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures repeat business.
* Operate the point of sale system efficiently, ensuring seamless transactions and minimizing wait times.
* Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Provide assistance as needed to ensure exceptional customer experiences, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A positive attitude and friendly personality, with excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.
* One year experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* RSA certification, which can be obtained as soon as possible if not already held.
