About the Role
We're looking for a creative and purposeful Content Creator to help amplify the stories, insights and impact of changemakers across our platforms. In this role, you'll craft engaging multimedia content, support our marketing and communications strategy, and contribute to the growth of our programs and community. You'll work closely with our small, passionate team to produce high-quality articles, social content, newsletters and campaign assets that inspire action and strengthen Impact Boom's presence across the globe.

What you need
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant field or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
* Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
* Experience in both Australian and European markets favourable.
* Multilingual (English + Spanish) favourable.
* Previous experience in purpose-driven organisations favourable.
* Australian Criminal History Check.

Key Responsibilities and Main Tasks
* Develop, implement, and execute integrated digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, searchability, and audience engagement.
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver marketing campaigns, including content creation, copywriting, artwork, video production, media scripting, and media placement, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content across websites and multiple social media platforms.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on digital marketing, website, and social media performance metrics to optimise engagement and inform future campaigns.
* Advise internal stakeholders and collaborate with third parties to support marketing objectives and expand brand reach.
* Conduct and utilise market and audience research to inform content strategies, campaign effectiveness, and marketing decisions.
* Maintain and enhance website content for external and internal audiences across digital channels.
* Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to support decision‑making.
* Provide input and support on broader marketing objectives, policies, and programs across digital and traditional channels as required.
