* Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum content and teaching approaches.
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and carers through effective communication.
* Maintain a well-structured and productive classroom environment.
* Manage student behaviour in accordance with established standards.
* Participate in regular Learning Area meetings to share best practices.

* A deep understanding of the AITSL Teacher Standards at a proficient level.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
* The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
* Strong time-management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
* An eye for detail and accuracy in all aspects of teaching.
* The capacity to make informed decisions and take initiative when required.
* Excellent presentation skills to engage students and stakeholders.
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
* Current TRBWA registration and relevant qualifications.
* A current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check.
