Job Description

Our service offerings are a key driver for growth. To capitalize on this, we seek a Business Development Manager with over 10 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, and engineering services sales. This pivotal role will be central to expanding our Oil & Gas business. You will identify and qualify prospects across various target markets and leverage your knowledge of our services, spare parts, and consumables to develop compelling commercial proposals.

You will manage the entire sales process, from researching prospective clients to preparing detailed, comprehensive, and commercial proposals. We prefer a hands-on business development professional who visits client sites to gather relevant information, inspect equipment, take samples, and run pilot trials. Your technical knowledge of oil, gas, produced water treatment, and related processes, combined with your commercial acumen, will be vital to winning new business. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and grow the sales pipeline
2. Achieve annual revenue targets
3. Manage and develop existing service agreement accounts
4. Identify customer issues and promote technical solutions
5. Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for service and brownfield projects
6. Develop and promote complete site service growth initiatives
7. Collaborate with service, engineering, and process departments to provide technical support to customers
8. Interstate travel will be required

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in field operations, maintenance, and engineering services sales
- Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred
- Self-driven and adaptable to change
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
