Human Resources Strategist
This is a senior position for an experienced professional looking to lead workforce strategy and manage teams through periods of rapid growth.
We are seeking a skilled HR professional with end-to-end management expertise, including recruitment, performance management, conflict resolution, and terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
* Manage employment contracts, ensure compliance with Fair Work legislation, and maintain accurate records.
* Optimize rosters and timesheets to reduce overtime and labour shortages, ensuring smooth operations.
* Maximize the use of Tanda HR software, implementing best practices and refining workflows.
* Run payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring timely payments to employees.
* Support strategic workforce planning, building the HR foundations for a growing organization.
About You:
* 5+ years' HR experience, preferably managing frontline or shift-based teams.
* Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, awards, and employment law.
* Proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
* A high level of proficiency in using Tanda.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* A proactive problem-solving mindset with autonomy.
