Are you passionate about creating delicious, smokehouse-inspired dishes? We are seeking a talented and experienced cook/chef to join our vibrant team in a smokehouse pub-style venue. Immediate start. Lunches only. Closed for dinner. Solo kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Ability to work independently and manage your station efficiently
Strong cleaning and hygiene standards
Knowledge of smoking techniques and pub-style menu is a plus
Management of stock control, ordering, recipes & menu and blackboard specials
