Common Bakery - High St' in Fremantle, WA is seeking a talented Head Barista Store Supervisor & All Rounder to join our dynamic team. This is a casual role that will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bustling bakery.
As a key member of our hospitality and tourism team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing our barista team, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
What you'll be doing
* Supervising and leading a team of passionate baristas to consistently deliver high-quality coffee and exceptional customer service
* Overseeing all aspects of the café's daily operations, including stock management, cash handling, and roster scheduling
* Providing hands‑on support and training to ensure the barista team maintains a high level of technical expertise
* Collaborating with the management team to implement new initiatives and drive continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
* Fostering a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company's values
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Head Barista or Café Supervisor role
* Strong barista skills and a deep understanding of coffee preparation and service
