Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team based in the Sunshine Coast. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining trusted relationships with our independent liquor retailers;
* Executing strategic call cycles and territory plans to optimize store support;
* Supporting the development of new and existing retailers, including Greenfields opportunities;
* Championing local marketing campaigns, business initiatives, and company programs;
* Driving excellence in retail execution and promotion of our exclusive and owned brands;
* Maintaining accurate reporting on sales, performance, and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in sales, territory, or account management within the liquor retail industry;
* Strong product knowledge across the liquor category;
* Commercial acumen and understanding of the liquor and FMCG landscape;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
* Self-drive, result-oriented, and collaborative work ethic.
