Job Title: Experienced Surgical Nurse
Care for patients before and after surgery in a dynamic team environment. We're seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team on Surgical Ward 1.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general nursing duties, pre and post-operative monitoring, IV & CVAD management, and comprehensive patient assessment.
* Evaluate patient deterioration and escalate as necessary.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
* Australian Citizen, Permanent resident or working rights in Australia.
* Current Nursing Registration with APHRA.
* Demonstrate person-centred approach, teamwork, quality management, evidence-based practice, WHS knowledge, and clinical governance skills.
