Our privately owned GP Practice located within the Kwinana Marketplace Shopping Centre. We are looking for an experienced GP Practice Manager to join our friendly team for an immediate start .
* Best Practice Software knowledge is essential for this role
* In this position the qualified candidate will be responsible for the everyday running of the medical practice including staff recruitment & rostering, business development, human resources, account reconciliations/financials, stock ordering & maintaining accreditation standards, policies and procedures
* Successful candidate should demonstrate good communication & time management, operations management & interpersonal skills
* Sound knowledge of Medicare processing (MBS), PIP protocols & PRODA
* Directing and maintaining Quality Improvement (QI), and reporting back to the practice owners.
