The Opportunity
As a Senior Consultant in the Business Transformation team you will assist organisations in delivering successful outcomes for some of the world's largest and most complex programs, including Government Reform, Power and Utilities, and Infrastructure Transformation. This role is based in Warrang (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne), and Ngambri (Canberra).
Your Key Responsibilities
* Drive meaningful change on complex programmes across sectors such as Government Reform, Infrastructure, and Power & Utilities, delivering successful outcomes for both clients and communities.
* Lead transformation initiatives using human‐centred design, fast‐paced technology delivery, and large‐scale innovation to create a more sustainable and inclusive future.
* Collaborate with dynamic, team‐oriented colleagues in fast‐paced environments, bringing passion for strategy, implementation, and real impact.
Skills and Attributes for Success
* Bring strong experience in solving complex business problems and designing results‐driven solutions aligned with EY's purpose of building a better working world.
* Thrive in fast‐paced, ever‐changing environments, valuing innovation, teamwork, and meaningful impact.
* Hands‐on experience across business transformation projects, including strategy development, operating models, service and policy design, customer experience, and program delivery. Workshop facilitation and strong presentation skills are highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills—verbal and written—across stakeholders within and outside the company.
* Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all stakeholders involved.
