Customer Support Assistant - Brighton Shore Care Community

Be the face of our administration function Permanent opportunity working two days a week, based in Brighton.

About the job opportunity

* Based @ Brighton Shore Care Community
* Part Time Hours - 9:00am - 1:00PM Saturday and Sunday each week
* Receptionist / Customer Support function


Role responsibilities

* Assist with rostering for all team in the Care Community
* Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
* Assisting with client services, tours and general enquiries
* Reception and other administration duties where required
