Property Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Operations Manager to join our team. This key role involves ensuring lessee compliance with lease obligations and internal lease management protocols.
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready tenant records in Voyager is also an essential responsibility of this position.
The Property Operations Manager will conduct regular asset inspections and provide actionable feedback, prepare and manage tenancy documentation and disclosure statements, and support data collation for valuations, sales, and acquisitions.
Additionally, the successful candidate will manage tenant arrears, bank guarantees, and insurance compliance, assist with annual audits and leasing activities, collaborate with the Occupant Experience Team on engagement programs, promote and implement company policies and procedures, and assist with monthly reporting and budget preparation.
