This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 
Cluster Manager 
to oversee multiple fashion retail locations and lead a dynamic team to success based out of 
Launceston 
. 
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across your stores. 
Key Responsibilities 
Leading, coaching, and developing your store teams to reach their full potential. 
Driving sales performance and ensuring achievement of store KPIs. 
Overseeing store operations including rosters, expense control, and shrinkage management. 
Maintaining strong stock control processes to ensure accurate stocktakes, transfers, and merchandising standards. 
Ensuring stores deliver an exceptional customer experience, every time. 
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of team members. 
Building strong relationships with Centre Management and representing the brand with professionalism. 
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and OHS standards. 
What we're looking for 
Proven leadership experience in multi-site or large-format retail management. 
Strong people leadership and coaching ability with a focus on developing talent. 
Commercially minded with the ability to drive results through effective sales and operational management. 
A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. 
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. 
Availability Tuesday–Saturday, with flexibility when required.
