About the Role:
As part of a collaborative team of Owners Corporation Managers, you'll service a diverse company portfolio of around 3,000 lots across six buildings, from boutique complexes to large high-rises and a master-plan estate. Supported by administration staff, you'll focus on:
* Coordinating and following up AGMs
* Actioning quotes and maintenance items
* Partnering with onsite building managers in the larger developments
* Using Stratamax to manage records and reporting
* Providing exceptional service to committees and lot owners
This role reports directly to the director and sits within a team-oriented, ego-free environment.
About You:
* Reliable, stable, and mature with strong business English skills
* Hands-on and adaptable, happy to manage both client service and admin tasks
* Collaborative and professional
* Familiar with Stratamax (or quick to pick it up)
* Committed to delivering high-level service and building long-term relationships
What's on Offer:
* Salary: $80k–$120k + super depending on experience
* Onsite car parking provided
* Full-time hours Monday–Friday 9–5, with possibility of 1–2 WFH days available (experience dependent)
