Café Supervisor/ Barista
Job Overview:
* We are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Supervisor/Barista to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop.

About the Role:
* To manage the overall performance of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staff supervision.

* To resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
* To contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items, promotions, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
* Experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced coffee shop environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and stand for long periods.
* Possess a valid food handling certificate.
