**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist marketer to work across all channels in this fully integrated Marketing Communications Manager position. You will manage and execute end to end campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Events. If you are a marketing all-rounder or an agency suit looking to swap sides this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Our client is a cool B2C Services Brand and they have grown to become a market leader in their industry, and their success is a product of developing a fun, innovative and collaborative workplace culture. It is a 12 month contract position starting in late November or early December ideally.
**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage the overall annual marketing budget
- Oversee and manage key stakeholder relationships within the Sydney based Head Office and across Australia
- Manage the development and execution of paid & owned marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation, product and brand consistency and a positive customer experience across all channels
- Ensure brand and key messages are consistent, relevant, current, and optimised across all communications both internal and external through print collateral, digital & social advertising, eDM's and web
- Support with local area marketing initiatives
**Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications and approx 7-10 years marketing/comms experience
- You will probably come from a Big B2C Brand such as Telco, Entertainment, Travel, Fin Services, Retail, Airline or worked agency side with Big Brand exposure
- Great communications skills (copywriting/grammar/editing)
- Proven experience in executing advertising marketing campaigns, including digital and social performance campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Team orientation, with proven ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing agencies (creative, digital performance, content & social and media)
- Ability to manage budgets and act commercially
- Highly motivated with a proactive attitude.
