Selection Timeline: Approximately 4–6 weeks total, with up to 1–2 weeks between each recruitment stage.

Each season brings a variety of roles across the resort — from working on the mountain with our lifts, snowsports, or operations teams, to supporting our guests in retail, hospitality, or guest services. Whatever your background or interests, there may be a role that's a great fit for you.

Requirement
* Applicants must be 15–17 years old as at 1 June 2026.
* Live locally under parental supervision during employment.
* Reside within the Jindabyne and Snowy Mountains area.
* Preferably attending a local school.
