Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing daily operational assistance, addressing second-level faults related to Cisco products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
* Address and escalate client requests promptly.
* Offer assistance both onsite and remotely as needed.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
* Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
* Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
* Proficient with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
* Knowledge of networking concepts, including routers and switches.
* Industry certifications (Cisco/Fortinet).
* MSP experience required.
