We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong hydraulic systems design capabilities to support the integration of hydraulic power units into specialised mining equipment for a major tailings project.
This role offers the opportunity to work on technically complex systems while collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate hydraulic power units into mobile and mining plant
Support additional design scope based on workload and expertise
Must-Have Experience
Senior Mechanical Engineer with RPEQ
Proven experience in hydraulic systems design
Strong understanding of mobile or mining equipment
Nice to Have
Experience with mining plant or heavy mobile equipment
Exposure to amphibious or tracked equipment
Multi-disciplinary design coordination experience
