You will be working in a small yet active team and will report to the Workshop Supervisor.
To help with our best service coverage, work hours are usually from 7.30 am to 4.00 pm.
The successful mechanics will be responsible for:The completion of all required service and repair work on various machinery on siteEngine fault diagnosis, repairs, and reconditioningDiagnostics, troubleshooting, and rectification of vehicle control systemsReplacement or service/refurbishment of perishable/useful life or consumable machine componentsOn-site repairs and servicingAttendance to service calls when requiredGreat!
What do I need to have to be successful:Mechanic (preferably in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology), Fitter, or Auto Electrician (or comparable international qualification)Proficient mechanical knowledge and demonstrated auto-electrical, electrical, and hydraulic skillsAt least two years' relevant employment experienceDrivers license rated MR or higherAbility to work autonomously whilst maintaining a company-driven focusA work approach based on solution-finding and continuous improvementA sense of urgency and punctuality in their workStrong time managementA high customer service focusAbility to pass a Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol assessmentThis is your chance to be part of the new era and be driving the future of the business in an expanding organisation.
