About This Role

As the leader of our night-fill department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked, deadlines are met, and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the running of the night-fill department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
* To lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
* To maintain high standards of visual merchandising, food safety, compliance, and stock management.
* To drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and wellbeing.
